A George V silver mounted tortoiseshell trinket box, of hinged rectangular form having tortoise shell panels to the sides and lid enclosed with silver, raised on four ball feet, marks for Chester 1912, maker Grey & Co, 11cm x 8.5cm x 7cm The front tortoiseshell panel has a curved crach eminating from the upper left corner towards the centre, it is only noticible when looking closely, the remaining tortoiseshell panels are in good condition, the silver frame-work is on good condition also with only a small ding to the left side of the lif. The lid snaps shut and the hinge is in good condition and doesnt appear to have been forced, the marks are readable but do have some minor rubbing.
